Order Cancellation

  • Customers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order to receive a full refund.
  • Please note that a transaction fee may be charged based on the payment channels after the product has shipped.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return 

To return the item, you can reach out to us by email at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason of your return

Please note, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchanges processes. This includes any of the following return reasons:

  • The customer did not like the item (nothing is physically wrong with the item)
  • Item did not fit (when measurements were given)
  • Customer found a better pricing somewhere else
  • Customer ordered a product by mistake

The shipping return cost may be paid by Digibionic, if the product falls under any of the return reasons:

  • Items are defective or not working
  • Items do not match the description or photo
  • Missing parts and pieces
  • Product arrived damaged

Shipping Your Return to Digibionic

If your return is accepted, you will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which is required to process your return.

  • We recommend adding tracking and insurance to your return shipment. We can’t be responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier, so make sure you’re covered. It’s cheap and worth it.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
