Return or Exchange Policy

Penalty

  • Digibionic offers a 15-day return or exchange period at no additional cost, depending on the condition of the product.

  • The returned or exchanged product must be in its original condition with all accessories included.

  • Any damage or missing accessories may incur additional charges.

  • Failure to remit payment on time results in incurring a penalty fee.

  • The termination of subscription and services will ensue following two unsuccessful payment attempts, potentially prompting legal action.

Home Loan (HD)
  • 1. Rental agreement must be signed before availing of the hearing aid products
  • 2. Rental option available on the products pricing above ₹20,000.
  • 3. Under the rental plan, only the unit with all accessories will be provided without any packaging material/ outer box.
  • 4. Payments must be made on time to avoid penalties.
  • 5. The rental plan is subject to availability and approval.
  • 6. Rental plan issuance is subject to product availability.
  • 7. Prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
